The only negative I can think of is that there was no welcome gift or amenity or recognition as an Accor Gold member. Stayed here for my birthday and would definitely come back. The food was superb with a great selection, and overall we had a wonderful stay. The service could use some improvement, as the staff were not quite as warm and welcoming as I've come to expect as a frequent Accor guest and member.
