Their reception area is at the ground floor with their computer cafe. The function room is in the second floor, not air conditioned, has good lightings suited for any event either a formal one or any party. The hotel rooms are in the upper floors of the place. The hotel is nice but needs improvements in their facilities.
Although the price is low.. the rooms should aired clean for the nxt custoner. The sheet and pillows should be puffed and the cr doors should have a lock even just a barrel lock will do..
Terrible rooms ! no hot water ! no shower ! no toilet seat ! no mirrow in the bathroom ! just the aircon was okay ! i just stayed a few hours and left early morning.
Very low and affordable room rates..lots of rooms are available aircon and non aircon rooms.
Poor hotel service....local matresses used not comfortable , facilites are very poor especially the toilet.
Affordable,been here for short time when flood is over in my bhouse .
The room is dirty despite of it being more expensive than the other hotel in Catbalogan.
