Straightforward rooms & suites in a low-key hotel offering a casual restaurant & free Wi-Fi.
This place has good service. The rooms are quite old and needs maintenance on some parts but it is cozy and serves its purpose for a budget. One advantage of this place is that it is close to many facilities and establishments.
Disappointing experience THEY HAVE HIDDEN CHARGES. We were informed at the hotel about visiting hours being until 11 PM, but there was absolutely no mention anywhere on Booking.com or in the booking confirmation that there would be an extra charge if a visitor stayed beyond that time — especially for someone who did NOT stay overnight. Cheap should not feel cheap. Aside from filty floors, dirty curtains, and shower head, the rooms are dark, the TV is not working properly, the aircon is noisy, and security guards don't seem to care at all (they won't open doors for you even though you carry a lot of things, they will just stare at you). No gym, no any form of entertainment, no pool, no open space.
I would've rated it a 4 but had challenges with the overall experience. What's good about the place is that it is near some important establishments, most especially the government offices in Cubao area. This is a good place to stay just for a night (not for long stays) if you ought to find a place to rest.
