Fili Hotel at NUSTAR Resort Cebu

Check in experience was excellent. Room was good with many things beyond expectations. Services by the attendants were very good. They responded almost immediately when we need new towels and beddings. The issue was the mall has nothing much. There are no convenience store other than a mini mart and a Guardian. Checking in was horrendous. They should know better. Had the privilege of checking in some of the average up to really great hotels here in Asia, SG. RSK. HK and I never waited this long.
