This place is honestly disappointing. They required us to buy slippers worth a hundred pesos — which is overpriced considering how poor the quality is. The slippers looked cheap and broke easily even though we had just started using them. On top of that, the other attractions we were supposed to visit weren’t even included. What a scam! Picture on their website and agoda can be decieving. The room provided to us were very different than what we stayed. Thanks to the Manager Chris who listened to our voice and transferred us to more convenient room. The staff there are nice but the rooms and ammenities are dissappointing.

Stayed here for our anniversary. Restos around the area and the place itself has good food, was just a little underwhelmed by one seafood resto, and the room itself. The amenities are cool though, we tried the forest activities and it was fun.

Went here for a Teambuilding event. Rooms and buildings were a bit dated but it was really spacious! It has a living area with couch and a dining for two. The whole hotel was huge and since it is near Tagaytay, expect that it is also as cold here in the morning and at night. The staffs were also very polite during our stay.
