My accomodation experience at Fort Ilocandia Resort Hotel was relaxing and enjoyable, which is why I gave it 5 stars. The place is clean, peaceful and surrounded by nature perfect for a quiet getaway. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained and I especially enjoyed walking around the wide, green surroundings. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful, making the stay even better. The hotel is a bit far…

This hotel is a relic of it's past life. You can tell is was once wonderful. However, time has past it by and it is stuck in the past. More than half the plugs in the rooms (Plural) I stayed in did not work. Beds were tough and hard to sleep on. The AC did not work. The entire place needs a complete renovation. I did enjoy seeing the ocean from my room as well as the sheep grazing in the morning time. The staff are…

Best 3 star hotel I have ever stayed in. American style rooms with hot water shower/bathtub (sorry no tabo or butt sprayer). Historic grounds with pool, beach access, gym and decent restaurants. Complementary breakfast was hit and miss. 1st day was egg station (eggs cooked any way you want and omelettes) and pork banget, 2nd day was spam and large tub of scrambled eggs. Nice beach and sunset views.

Passed its prime, huge, sprawling, old Resort hotel. In the prime location, but now the remnants of greatness remain. If you want somewhere modern and organised go elsewhere. Not many people. I loved the gardens, the 100m walk to the big beach, which is all on their own property. The food was good. No tonic for a gin and tonic. 14 wait staff (semi professional) in a huge dining room for three occupied tables.

Far from publuc transportation. Beds need replacements, Amenities need improvements & Cable TV is inconsistent. Wi-fi needs consistency. Staff is quite friendly & accomodating for guest's request though.
