High ceiling house, with large rooms for sharing. Each room can accomodate up to 20 person. Pool size is just fine. Poor network signal if you are using data. First things first, take a picture or a video of the rooms especially the sinks inside their stinky bathrooms before you occupy them. Never leave the seniors and the kids inside it unattended. The sinks are too dangerous to lean on because it's not well maintained. You will be liable to pay them if it fell under your watch and it will cost you thousands. It is a private resort except that parking is street parking except for 2 vehicles inside the driveway. Rental is reasonable.
A clean place where a group of people can happily relax, swim, and be themselves. You may need to negotiate the time of checkout though.
