The room is clean and well maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and they help create a pleasant experience from check-in onwards. The inside of the hotel is quiet, which makes it a good place to rest after a busy day. The peaceful atmosphere is one of the things that stands out during the stay.

Clean, descent, and good service. Place is in the heart of the city so it is very convenient to travel and to find outside food options. Staff are very attentive and accommodating. They will assist you anytime. The hotel is next to Cebu Pungko pungko so it can be loud sometimes. all in all, the service is okay for a budget stay.

It's definitely a get-what-you-pay-for experience. The lobby is really clean and bright so when I got to my room it was quite disappointing as it's quite dingey in comparison. The room was generally clean and tidy but it seems like the housekeeping are neglecting certain areas when they turn over the rooms after checkout, for example, the door handle itself felt dirty when I touched it as well as the light switches.…

We used 3 rooms for family. The first room was good. The second room started with lots of ants in the bathroom and they cleaned it the same night. The third room had both the toilet and bathroom sink plugged up. That was gross! Won't use this place again.

Very nice rooms, friendly staff, good value and good location...but no Internet connection in my room and nothing to do about it. Also very strange, there is tea/coffee facilities in the room but no tea/coffee!! I was told to buy from the 711!! Tried to get an instant nescafe stick or teabag from the cafe but the charge would be for a freshly brewed cup eg 100 peso fir a teabag!! Not the management's intention surel…

Sir Nestor front office clerk is very accommodating, great vibes to all guest, regardless. And the hotel as a whole is great...you must try. It is in the heart of the city. Great place to stay.
