Place is so pretty and quiet. Aesthetically pleasing inside & outside with a very beautiful view of nature. The place was you can go for a walk while staying. I’ve stayed at this orchard multiple times now, and it has truly become my go-to place whenever we go on vacation. I recently spent 10 days here again, and as always, it did not disappoint. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and the house keeping is excellent-they really make sure everything is clean, comfortable and well taken care of. Although the room is expensive, yet the water supply was cut off. I woke up at 6 AM to use the toilet and there was no water. The bath gel and shampoo also hadn't been refilled. When we asked for a refill, the staff came in, made a mess on the bathroom floor, and left it dirty without cleaning up. There's also no telephone in this very expensive villa, which is far from the front desk. The bathroom drain is clogged.…

My family stayed here for one night. We booked two cabanas, which were nice. There’s no telephone in the rooms, so ordering food requires messaging their Facebook page, which I’m not really a fan of. Food also takes a while to arrive. The place is packed with lots of greenery, though, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Good for photo ops and if you want to swim. Food is good and staff is friendly. Rooms are poorly maintained. There are 3 cockroaches and lots of flying insects in the restroom. Beddings are dusty. There is a balcony with soiled seats.

It would have been perfect stay in this hotel, it was noisy because of the Xmas events. Our sleep was incomplete on the 3rd night we stayed. We were always accommodated of having our breakfast in front of the hotel, instead of walking in another building. We are seniors, and my wife has difficulty of walking. Visit this place during their Christmas lighting 2025. Includes buffet at 7pm .it was very nice because their is an acoustic band and the Christmas village is ready for fun and entertaining. There is a small chapel inside the village, a hotel and restaurants. Wonderful overall 👏

We kinda have smelly room maybe because of the ashfall. But the hotel attendants clean it fast then we got a comfortable stay.
