Garden Vista Hotel

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, making it difficult to get any work done or even browse comfortably. The room had a small air conditioner and an electric fan, both of which were noisy and did little to improve comfort. The constant noise made it especially hard to get a good night’s sleep. Been here a few nights, so far nothing but good experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff, it is behind a gate and you have to leave your ID and tell you get a pass to come into the Guadalupe village area, then you just go back and show him the pass and get your ID back. We are a group of 5 and booked their 2 bedroom unit. Each room has 2 queen bed, they provided us with an extra bed and beddings. It is a hotel inside a subdivision, very peaceful environment. To those who want to cook their meal you can do so. They also have drinks inside the ref but you have need to pay when you consume it.

Nice apartment. Very quiet at night. A number of very good restaurants and easy walking distance. Also a number of other services within a 10-minute walk. Very good location, very helpful staff. The apartment was a good size and had many amenities included with it. Good Wi-Fi, a well fitted kitchen. Good lighting. Plenty of electrical outlets.

Big cheap rooms. Room has its own living area, dining area/kitchen. They provide electric kettles also has stove and ref. Bedroom has big cabinets. Paid only almost 2000 for the room. The only downside I guess would be is it's located inside a private subdivision but we didn't mind

Stayed at Garden Vista in Davao City with our family. Not on a holiday so booking online was quite easy. Rooms are neat and nice. Our rooms including the extra bed were already set when we checked in. You can cook your own food. Cooking utensils are available. You have to bring your own toiletries and dishwashing agents though.
