Great accommodation!! The front desk was not only nice, but she assured all the curiosity in me to properly answer all of those questions. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable to lay on and the ceiling itself is created on high level of creativity. The color of the room compliments its cleanliness, and not only that, I am beyond pleased with any equipment there is available in here.
They put me in a room next to an ongoing repair. I woke up to a loud sound of drilling in the wall. 🥲 I tried to go back to sleep but they were drilling from 9am to 12pm. No advisory but also if there is ongoing repair better not accept guest next to the repair. Also water in the faucet is very brown and dirty. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but had to check out on day 1 and switched hotel
Rooms are okay. The toilet needs renovation. I stayed there on business trip. There is no toilet seats, i asked the front desk to have them fixed. She said, they haven’t bought any. I found out that all toilets in the hotel doesn’t have toilet seats. Sad
The staff are accommodating and well trained. They make sure that the guest are well taken care of. The prices are affordable and the amenities are complete and appliances are functional. My family and i will surely come back here!

The hotel is much below in our expectation, there was no fridge in the room, the landline was completely disconnected, the bed covers are not so clean, and there were no blankets, and the worse thing was the toilet had no seat cover. Had a great stay at the Gloreto Luxury Hotel in Butuan City! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions. It's a great value for the price, especially if you're on a budget. Would definitely recommend it!
