Low-key rooms in a utilitarian hotel featuring a cafe, plus complimentary Wi-Fi.
Old rooms. No complimentary toiletries. No slippers. Old AC which barely works. Flooding in the room because of the AC too. Worst hotel/motel I’ve ever been. Mind you, I tried Sogo and the likes. They are heaps better than this hotel.
Aircon is not working properly. The room felt hot despite setting the temperature at its lowest. Beds were comfy, really good location as its walking distance to SM north. Bathrooms were not that clean. Staff were friendly and accomodating.
AC not functioning well. The room is so hot. Telephone is not working. No tissue, shampoo, conditoner and soap. No hot shower. Most important part no slippers available. Please improve the hotel.
