Customer service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The beach right in front of the hotel is perfect for a relaxed swimming experience. It’s nice not to be in the crowded area of station 2 but close enough for a short walk there if you wanted that sort of chaos. Avoid it if you can but not the worst place to stay on a budget. No hot water. I was travelling with others and they had the same problem. Shower was dirty and mouldy. Breakfast is awful. Ants in and around the food. Nothing looked appealing. Cockroaches on the ground floor to pray that’s not where your room is. Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and overall the place was great. The pool was one of our favorite parts because it was big and not crowded. On arrival, there were no pillowcases or towels provided, and the room, while acceptable, did not feel like a 4-star space.
