Room is good value for money. Take the Lagoon Villa, it is superb! The view is relaxing. The Air conditioning howevee is mid, the remote was not operable can't adjust the temp :( did not use the TV at all because of the view :D Service is some of the best I had. Beautiful and relaxing place. The security guards were warm, smiling and attentive they made us feel very welcome. F&B service needs improvement. The 7AM bar staff didn’t greet us and I had to ask about breakfast. OJT staff were unsure of available items, causing delays, and drinks were served after the food instead of before. Very disappointed… Book thru Agoda with confirm booking and paid in full but when we arrived at destination we were decline because they are fully book. We came from Consolacion and traveled more than 100kms just to get there but was decline with a booking that was already paid. Rundown… badly maintained and not worthy of the price-tag at all. Prices this high should be accompanied by a high standard of cleanliness and overal managed properly, which is not the case by far. Bathrooms are disgusting, rooms outdated and menu is super expensive and barely anything available. Basically the stereotype place in the philippines. Good for pictures and that’s it
We've stayed at this resort twice before and were very satisfied. This time, however, we were very dissatisfied, as the staff seemed more preoccupied with themselves than with us, the beach was very dirty, and the resort generally gave a run-down impression. We booked and paid for two nights but left after only one.
