Very nice and modern building. Don’t rely on Google Maps photos — they were taken when the construction was almost finished. Now it’s a fully completed complex with a gated entrance, security, and an access pass system. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small (as is common in many Asian hotels), but everything is clean, well designed, and convenient. I especially want to highlight the very…

Appalling experience. Most of the staff (with some few exceptions) were very can't-be-bothered. Communication with them was also very poor. Aside from one receptionist at night, the cleaning staff and one lady in the cafeteria, everyone else was impossible to deal with. Looks like ghost town outside the hotel. You have to book a grab to get out of the place, its really far kung saan ka makakasakay sa bus o jeep. Nothing to see, and its all chinese restaurant. The family suite is big but looks empty. No mini fridge or microwave. Ayoko ng amoy sa pathway ng floor ko. Walang double lock yong door. But the view at the back of the hotel is the attraction.
