Grand Villa Hotel

This hotel is have wrong accusations I book deluxe 12 hours but they accused that we shuot but the other room did because of that we left and we not finish our hours

I only give 4 stars for rooms. Cause unlike any other hotel they always have slippers or toothbrushes with toothpaste. But from what I experienced, there was none. And the shower has no hot water, and has no TV remote. So I was a bit disappointed, but all in all it was good.

-If you get one of their function halls(?) which is priced 30k I think, you will get two free passes for their swimming pool and will also get one free bedroom to stay in for a few hours. - They have two swimming pools there. Bad Service was provided. From check in to check out process. it was horrible. I got overcharged. I end up paying more than the amount expected that is not even reflecting on my invoice. I just paid the amount to save time arguing because the lady cannot explain properly why she is billing me extra that is not on my invoice. The resort/hotel is good for quick get away/outing. They also offer a swimming lesson and they also had a function room for different events. My kids enjoyed the pool though there no kiddie pool. Nice place!
