Not family-friendly at all. I was not able to take pictures of our room, but our experience was bad. We booked a room that was good for two. this is by far the pinakaDUGYOT hotel I've ever stayed in. the ceiling is visibly moldy, the entire room smells like mold, and there were ants crawling everywhere with mga tiny ipis pa para combo. walang complimentary water + guest kit. Wasn’t able to sleep good because the room, the pillows , and all the linens were STINKY. The AC was not working good. The pipeline on the ceiling were not covered and when someone uses the bathroom on the upper level of the hotel ,u can hear the sound of the water running in it. Budget hotel which is near downtown and walking distance to Sto. Niño Church, Puregold, fastfood outlets, 711. Room is quiet from vehicle noises as it is located at the rear part of hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Elevator, cable tv, aircon and wifi works well. Wifi signal not stable at night, maybe due to volume of users.

The only very concerning thing for me if not for all its patrons is the unavailability of elevator at 10pm till dawn...i have no qualms if its your company policy but at least make it transparent to all would be patrons so we could have the liberty of booking otherwise
