First, we were asked to place our dinner orders about four hours in advance so they could prepare everything on time. One of the best resorts in pandan the staff and the owner are so welcoming and the give us complimentary room already prepared for valentine's day ❤️ we love the place and we will definitely come back and suggest it to my friends ❤️ only my one suggestion is time for prepared the food and quality of food need to be improved

Great view but the food service is very bad, i have waited 2hours and 30 mins for my food while i only order sisig with rice... I arive there at 12:30 so that i can have my lunch but I'm very disappointed that it's almost 3pm when my order arive... Beautiful place but very poor service, we waited for our food for almost 2 hours. And price to food serving ratio didn’t feel right. Staffs are uninformed with their food availability. Would not recommend.
