A budget-friendly hotel that exceeded our expectations. There is free water available, not bottled, but you can refill! The rooms are new, clean, nice, and cool. The only problem is the bathroom sink; it seems the faucet was installed incorrectly, causing water to leak onto the floor, which could be dangerous as someone might slip. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Good day to day hotel in the heart of the city and next to a local mall called G mall. Unfortunately poor maintenance and proper cleaning leads to molds and mildews. Some red ants crawling to our tables and bed, got bitten too while sleeping. Also since it is in the heart of the city you will smell diesel and dust the moment you get out of the hotel. This place is the best downtown. It is very very clean here. The ambiance and service is top notch! Kids love to come here for the Happy Plays. Celebrate your birthday or have your friends come over to play, always worth coming to. The food service is great. The Breathe Spa is my favorite of all. Massage is very good and relaxing. Get pampered with a partner or by yourself anytime.

Worth every peso. It’s so cozy that it doesn’t make you want to leave! Appreciate that every floor has a water dispenser and they provide a pitcher and 2 glasses too. Stayed in Room 303 and it even had a fridge there. Definitely worth it!!

Stayed for 2 nights Pros: Got a nice deal on Agoda for ₱1,400 / night (before taxes &fees) -Room was large for this price -Large Smart TV w/ netflix -Cold AC -Free bottled water in the hallway -next to 7/11 Cons: -Parking here is a nightmare! This is one of the very few places worth staying in this city which provided me with several necessities: Room cleaned well, drinking water dispenser hot and cold in hallway, mini fridge, coffee cups, high speed wifi and comfortable bed. Unfortunately as one of the only hotels in the entire city that knows how to be a hotel it’s constantly fully booked and so requires pre-booking.
