We had a great stay at Harold’s Mansion Hostel! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Our room is a dormitory type and luckily we are only the guest in our room, the staff was kind enough to let us check in early for a minimal fee per hour. At first they assigned us to a room but it was dirty maybe they haven't clean it but they transfer us to other room and it was decent. The toilet is fine. The rooms are okay, free Wi-fi and the location is good but Front desk staffs/ Managers are not friendly and not approachable. We booked a reservation but the rooms were given to walked-in customers. Took a lot of arguments before they can give you alternative rooms.
