GROSS room! Awful service! We made the mistake of staying here and saw evidence of insect infestation, filthy sheets and towels, ants in the bathroom, and possible BED BUGS! We left almost immediately, as soon as we noticed a problem. They refused to return our money, which made it feel like theft and a scam in my opinion. Absolutely terrible experience!

Please improve cleanliness. Ang dugyot ng kumot, towels at ponda nyo! Mabaho pa ng CR nyo Amoy kanal. Dinig mo din ingay ng kabilang room. Walang food.
