The air conditioner isn’t cooling. We borrowed a fan, but it’s not helping much. They didn’t provide any towels or hangers. There’s no shampoo or even basic toiletries. We’re already inside the room, but I still have to fan my baby because it’s so hot. There’s no Wi-Fi, and even the cable has no signal. Such a waste of money for checking in — definitely not worth staying here.

I recently stayed at Haven Hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a relaxing visit.

Last night I was in this hotel. The very kind and sweet lady showed me rooms for 1699 (incl breakfast) the rooms were very small and tiny and also not nice. I wanted to leave, then she showed me a room which was much more beautiful and only 1200 (no breakfast) because I anyway do not want a breakfast (But how can be that a breakfast costs 500) so I took that room and went to dinner. I am.an international traveller, I stayed last time in this hotel, I loved the atmosphere, very neat and clean Hotel, excellent service. I believe that the management team is dedicated to deliver the best service to it's customers. Hey Haven hotel team I will be coming back this time again with my family and friends please keep some rooms vacant on December.

This place is a dump. Don't waste your time and money booking here, poor services, maintenance problems, stained beds. It seriously needs new management to sort it out.
