I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but it has a nice British-style charm. I felt comfortable during my stay. If the hotel is renovated in the future, it would be helpful to add more power sockets, especially near places where guests use appliances like a water kettle. Really beautiful interior, akin to British colonial decor. Staff were incredibly attentive, breakfast was very tasty and overall an excellent hotel. Also, I left a precious item in my room which was delivered via motorcycle. Monica was incredibly helpful organising this!
This is our second time booking a room in Herald Suites. First is the Polaris Branch and second is here in Don Chino Roces branch. All I can say is the services is very good. The staff is very attentive, helpful and even surprised me and my wife with some cake and greetings in our room. Will definitely book again.
