You get what you paid for on the rooms. Linens were clean, towels and hygiene kits were waiting inside the room. Great location and they have parking inside their gate. They also serve great breakfast which came with what we paid for our room. The service is great and staff are very friendly, approachable and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Roxas City.
For the price this is a great bargain. The rooms could use improvement, but they were very clean. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Included breakfast was very good. I could easily stay here again. It was the best place we stayed my whole trip to Philippines.
Great location in the baybay area, the lady staff was superb. Very attentive and friendly, nice welcome ice tea refreshing and taste really good. The room is the only disappointment as the bed is already sagging in the middle, I couldn't sleep at all! The toilet was the other issue. Not nice at all. But we were there just for the night so it was doable.
Thé very bad bed and breakfast that I’ve ever had in my life. Please don’t ever stay here everything very bad, worker went inside the room with out our knowledge. No water. AC very hut. Nonsense worker. The door lock is broken or maybe they broke that lock so they could go inside your room. They have no blankets. Breakfast just only for 2 even 3 or 4 person inside the room. 4 person would fit but after you check out…
The place was a very good place to stay especially for those transient travelers. The location is very good as it is just right across the bay and it is near the airport and several malls. The service of the host is good as well. The only thing that I would suggest to improve are the rooms.
Scam, I have arrived at the property only to find out it is a different thing now and the locals have told me, it had been closed for over 2 years
The bathroom was not good shower was damage we wanted another room but the the other room has no Tv room service not accomodating very well, hope to fix minor glitches before guest checks in, not at the very moment will you fix damage shower, faucet, cabinets, etc., looking forward the next time things will be okay.
The worst experience I have ever had, lizards and cockroaches in the room, dirty room , the shower head wouldn’t work. The breakfast is very poor as well I don’t recommend it !
