Hop inn is still my go to business hotel in general for non pretentious stay and value for money. This particular one in Ermita is a no frills hotel, just like every other hop inn, I love the strong water pressure and the hot shower every time. I have stayed here 3 times and ALL 3 times there was either a issue with the internet , air conditioning or cable tv not working at all. I stayed last night with my family and at check in we payed cash BUT they NEVER informed us the cable tv was not working AT ALL i found this to be VERY DECEITFUL . The reception staff, especially Adrian, were friendly and helpful, allowing me to view the room before check-in. All other staff were attentive, and the room was spotless, with housekeeping by Mat maintaining the beds meticulously. Stayed here for two days for a business meeting. Staff were polite and great. Room was clean and spacious a compared to other budget hotels. A/C is great. TV has cable channels but is limited. Comfort Room is clean. Great water pressure. Hot water is available. Wifi is availabke but a bit slow. Would recommend this hotel.
Great place to stay. 24/7 Doorman. 7/11 right beside. We asked for extra pillows and recieved them right away. A/C works well. Wi-Fi is fast and easy to connect. Comfortable beds. Very pleasant stay.
