The room was clean and neat when we arrived. Friendly and informative staff. It was great for a short stay. Could have been perfect if it wasn't too noisy from the motorbikes and jeepneys on the street.
The hotel is nice, but we had a very disappointing experience 😭. After requesting our room to be made up, we confirmed that everything in the room was complete. However, when we returned, the drinks in the minibar are incomplete and upon checkout we were wrongly accused of taking drinks from the minibar that we never touched. Great view and amazing staff. The swimming pool is their main selling point and the location is prime with lots of dining options and night life. Highly recommended overall!!!
Small pool, but great view. Gym is also accessible, good thing they also have water dispenser inside gym. Outside view is good, just don't look at the the bottom. Manage your expectation. Not quite safe outside if you go out alone. Staffs are accommodating. Free parking for 1 vehicle only, excess vehicle pay extra charge.
The building is very modern and luxurious. The rooftop infinity pool is just amazing, the sunset is magical from the pool. The staff is very friendly, kind and attentive. The beds are very comfortable. It definitely worths the money. However, you can hear every little sound in the room. You can hear the elevator crystal clear.
