Pros: The hotel is near CBO Airport. Room is spacious. Aircon works well. Cons: The hotel didn't take not the phone in reservation I made a month prior to my arrival. Front desk staff is unwelcoming. Wifi is unavailable. We were served tuna for breakfast straight from the can.
I had an advanced reservation notice to the hotel on our check-in date but when I arrived at the hotel, the room lacked amenities such as towels and complimentary water. Front desk female agent was super rude . even if she is fully covered. she wachess me like a target and said bad.words , hey! Angry Bird! It's my Husband I am with. ⚓️Room was spacious, Hubby-complain of Itchy Sofa, bathroom has Very bad smell/sickening smell in the sink and everywhere inside-smells like urine from alcoholic sprayed everywhere in there. very limited/almost no flow from the faucet 😪.
I stayed for a week in this hotel.. crews are polite and accomodating..need to improve the facilities.. old and brown linens instead of white...but over all, its a good place to stay
Not good, the shower is not working, the foods is always cold.. the room is not totaly clean. Im not comportable to the Rest Room verry dirty.
Cat's Urine and Feces are on the hallway. No one bothers to clean it up. It stinks across the hallway.
The shower isn't working in my room but overall it's satisfying to stay here because of the excellent air conditioning.
