I was here for a seminar for 5 days. The place was good. Accommodation was also good. Housekeeping needs to be prompted to make-up the room and replenish common supplies. Food service may be better if they would serve on the dot and complete based on the menu. The staff were accommodating and courteous at all times.

I loved the customer handling of Mr. Echo! He delivered well and he was actually the highlight of our stay. Very enthusiastic and I am at ease knowing that he takes care of all customers well with contagious energy! What can make this stay just a little better is to have some windows in our room. But overall, customer satisfaction is A+.
The location of the hotel is great because it is in between of SM North and Trinoma. It is very accessible when you are in the north avenue and west avenue. The suite 2 room is quite big however it is not as cool as we expected. We were not able to sleep well due to the aircon. It is quite noisy but not so cold.
