I personally had good experience. Nobody bothered me, place is quiet and peaceful. A bit warn out but very tidy rooms. Spotless linen. Free water. Minimalist design. There is a great restaurant on the ground floor. The district is walkable.
Why stay here
Low-key rooms in a relaxed property with a modern, laid-back Italian restaurant.

The cleaning staff made off with many important things I had in my room. But the worst part is that the hotel refused to take responsibility for the things missing, even though their own employees didn't want me to negotiate directly with the supposed employee who took my things. This cost me a lot of money, and I don't recommend this place to anyone. Be careful if you're going to stay here.
Nice boutique hotel with lots of art pieces from sculptures to paintings to art installations. Location in the middle of the Makati CBD. No worries for an early breakfast or some late night snacks as there are so many establishments around.
So... how should I start. the best thing about this hotel is the restaurant next to it. It seems it's under new management and the food and service is amazing. Check it out!. Now back to the hotel. I wouldn't stay here for more than one day. The room was clean( they have windowless rooms so beware) but they there is such a weird feeling in the hotel... daily cleaning service is bed straightening? hahahaha ... anyway…
Small and quiet room despite being within the center of the red light district. You pay for the location. Room doesn't have hot water and no personal hygiene kit provided.
You are not allowed to speak on the phone at night. I called my wife and told her to give my children a kiss and tell them I miss them at 1 am, 30 minutes later they woke me up with a phone call and said that I disturb my neighbors. I was literally on the phone five minutes. Also the rooms have a non smoking policy, wich I like due im a non smoker, but the room smells like cigarettes..
