Hotel Gracelane was a great venue for our office training. The place was clean, organized, and comfortable, with a professional atmosphere that made it suitable for meetings and corporate events. We took the family room because that’s the only available room. The room comes with complimentary breakfast. The price of the room is for 4pax. Ideally, we should get 4pax too for breakfast, right? But we are only 2pax. The 1st room we got doesn’t have a Netflix so they moved us to another room. There’s no cold shower until we asked maintenance to fix it since the water is too hot. Staffs were nice and accommodating.

The room, service attendant, and amenities were nice and good. The location and foods are recommended. They have secured spacious parking area which is an advantage to the guest w/ cars. The worst negative thing and not acceptable is the aircondition, the heavy sounds is very much distracting. It' s like you are sleeping overnight beside a generator. Concierge is welcoming and they will really see that you get the best treatment. Rooms come with breakfast meal included, served in the cafeteria. Had to take standard room with 2 beds coz all queen size beds are taken. The only issue during my stay is the non-functioning hot shower. The breakfast they served which is Chicken tocino, sunny-side-up egg, and garlic rice complemented with lemon water.
Much better than I expected. Great staff and beautiful property. The one negative was our shower. Could definitely use a new shower head as most the holes on ours were clogged which limited flow. Nice place but it's an old building without a lift so stairs to the second floor. You should stay if in the area
