Warm rooms in a relaxed hotel featuring a bar/restaurant, a gym & an outdoor pool.
It was only for an overnight stay, but i’m happy. Fast checking in, rooms are clean and not smelly, aircon is cold and bedsheets are clean and for me it was very important. Complimentary water, coffee, shampoo and other toiletries are available too. It was quiet night so we sleep well. And very nice Christmas tree haha
The location is decent, but it can sometimes be difficult to get a grab or find a trike out here. The service is acceptable, but there does seem to be some gaps. Like you'll have to ask to get two room keys. Honestly, if you book for two people, they should give you three room keys because this hotel uses that obnoxious system where it needs a room key to keep the room powered. I booked for two nights with my kids December 31st - January 2,2026. We wer supposed to celebrate New Years Eve and watch fireworks from our Hotel room. The facilities must maintenance in good state. The roof was leaking at the gym during heavy rain. The gym didn't maintain to use. The pool is small just for 3 person.
My stay at Hotel Marciano was mostly great! 🏨 The rooms were absolutely fantastic and spotless, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. 🗺️ The service was quite good, although there's always room for a little improvement. Overall, a lovely experience! ✨
We booked Hotel Marciano based on positive reviews but our experience did not match those expectations. While the front desk staff was polite, the hotel felt deserted and very poorly maintained.
