Booked the family room for a weekend break and we couldn't ask for more. My boys enjoyed the billiard game which you can avail once you order something at the cafe. Bought my baby too, and she had a pleasant stay enjoying the flowers and sunset view. Good for the price and comfort.

I had a 2 days layover in Puerto Princessa before having my excursion in Balabac and stayed at Palacio for 2 nights ! Everything was nice maybe some renovation can be good. Thank you to Camil at the reception tho to help me planing my one day in Puerto Princessa. She was so helpful and friendly she litteraly saved my day as someone who had no idea what to do in this city.
Located somewhat out of the city, this hotel is the perfect layover stop. Smooth check in, spacious rooms, nice views from the terrace, there’s a pool, billiard table and a restaurant on site. We couldn't stay, so we left. Very small room, Air conditioner wasn't keeping up with the heat in the room. When you leave the room, you have to take the keys with you, which powers the air conditioner. Just didn't appreciate their attitude about all of it.
