The room we stayed in was great. The location of the hotel was so-so as the nearest convenience store is about an 8-10min walk from the hotel. What I didn't find great was the breakfast buffet - for 600 pesos additional per head, it just didn't seem like a buffet where you'll get your money's worth. They had beef caldereta, which I find a bit unusual for breakfast. The lumpiang shanghai was nothing special, either.…

The service is horrible and the food is to watch out for (uncooked). Got my chicken with blood on it still... been going here since 2021. For 2026 they seem to prioritise quantity rather than quality on the food. Most of the food tastes diluted. Don't trust my words? Try it and be offended.. lol 😆 will not be going back here..

This place is very nice. It has 2 pools, lots of showers (even inside the pool), a kiddie pool connected to one pool, a waterfall, a yummy buffet, a beautiful lobby that serves drinks (like Shangri-La), a sauna, a kid's playpen, the BMBT Intl. Academy, and more. They just opened their capsule rooms for 1K per person. It had free Wi-Fi, free parking, was pet-friendly, was air-conditioned, had a nice view, and is very…

The first time we stayed here, everything was great. My son enjoyed the pool so much that we extended our stay until 2:00 PM. In fact, if I hadn't informed the front desk about the late checkout, they probably wouldn't have charged me because they had forgotten about it. We returned last Thursday for a two-night stay. We requested a room upgrade and were informed that there would be an additional charge of ₱500 per…

Hopefully someone reads this before booking a reservation. First of all, this is a filthy hotel, and cleanliness and maintenance are clearly not a priority. For a price of ₱7,000 per night, it is absolutely not worth it. Issues: 1. The room lobby was very dusty, with a lot of trash on the floor. 2. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed that the kitchen sink had a dirty, yellowish liquid that hadn’t been drained.…

The room itself was clean, but unfortunately, the main reason we booked this place is because of the jacuzzi—it was unusable. There were small green plants growing out of the holes, which made it look unhygienic and unsafe to use. On top of that, the bathtub had no cold water at all. Only hot water was working, and even after waiting for hours, it was still too hot to use. Because of this, we weren’t able to enjoy e…

Very disappointing stay. The room itself was okay, but for ₱5,000 per night, the experience did not match the price at all. First, the room was on the 3rd floor with NO elevator, which was very inconvenient especially with luggage. The designated smoking area is only in the parking area even though the room has a balcony. The TV is also not a smart TV, and you even have to manually search for channels yourself. For…
