The room and staff during my last stay were excellent, and I truly appreciated the service. However, I do have one concern regarding an additional charge. I was charged a 200-peso “extra guest” fee even though I never had more than two people in my room at any time. Stayed here for 10 days and I had a really good experience with their staff! The staff were super welcoming, funny, and always helpful. When I mentioned the water heater wasn’t working, they quickly moved me to a new room. The room was clean and comfortable enough. Special thanks to Alliana, Chris, and Geraldine (ate/kuya ✨) for being so friendly!

Whenever I need to stay overnight in Manila for office related works, this hotel is always my top choice. It’s tidy, well-maintained, and very accessible. I would like to commend Ms. Jocelyn and Geraldine from the Front Desk for their excellent service, as well as Marlo and Roel for being very accommodating and helpful.
