Hotel Sogo - San Pedro

I had a great experience at Hotel Sogo! The room was very clean and well-maintained, truly living up to their 'So Clean, So Good' motto. What really made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service. A special shout out to Rain Batacan for being so professional, polite, and attentive to my needs. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended

so we went here hoping to get some quality sleep but instead all we got is bad service, and what i mean by that is there was no towel and blanket so we took a bath then let it dry up and when its the time to sleep, it was too cold because of the aircon and that made it so uncomfortable. mind you we followed up 3 times for the towel and a blanket and they said they were gonna give it to us but it never happened so ye…

The receptionist is kind and very nice to talk to. And also the room is comfortable, and all i can say is they did a very good job for taking care the customers
