The lobby is elegant and clean. Parking is free but limited. Sometimes you will be called to move your car if it blocks the one in front of you. Service is good,staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are great. Spacious and the one we got had a great view of the city. The beds are big and that is a great plus. Bathroom and showers are also great. I stayed at Tugos Hotel to see a competition nearby, and I was impressed by the attention and especially the courtesy of the staff. Unfortunately, due to the typhoon, I had to stay an extra day. Loved this hotel! This is the 2nd time we stayed here on their family room. Room is clean, although the linens need replacing. Staff are very attentive and courteous. Perfect accommodation when you want to just go around Baguio because it is located at Naguilian Road which is not very busy, but very near places you would want to visit.
We're staying for 3 nights as a couple and so far we're very delighted with our experience. The room is very spacious and the best part is.. all the staff are very hospitable.
