What I commend with Iloilo Transient Rooms is that how spacious it was. It was very homey and clean. The aircons are in good condition at hindi mahina yung water nilaaa. Stayed here for PASUC NCAF 2026 and it's quite a pleasant experience to stay here. It certainly is not the most accessible place when you need meals for cheap but I can say that it's a nice place either way. They have a sizable number of staff available throughout the day and have additional services offered when you stay here. Rooms are clean and I can definitely recommend this place

host/admin is so accommodating and they even have an in-house laundry service that you can avail for a very fair price so you don't have to bring so much clothes (if its ok to repeat outfit) or bring home dirty ones.

Currently staying here and the person I talked to at messenger is very accommodating despite its a last minute booking. The room is clean and well ventilated, air conditioning works perfect and the ambience is so nice and quiet. I really commend the freshness and cleanliness of the room. Will certainly come back whenever Im back in Iloilo. 🥂

Had a great time! The accommodation is really bang for the buck. We booked a unit na good for 12 people and we paid only around 5k for a night.
