What started as a friend’s recommendation turned into one of the highlights of our Sagada trip. Auntie Alma prepared our breakfast and served some of the best home-cooked meal. What makes it even more special is that the menu depends on what’s fresh and available in the local market, making every visit a delightful surprise. Her hospitality and care made us feel truly welcome. We’d gladly come back and visit again w…

I love this place, will definitely be back. From the sun room, to the plants, the great view, art, books, especially the heavy and hearty breakfast auntie Alma cooks for us every morning (I am a vegetarian and I've never been more happy with home cooked meals as much). This feels like a home away from home.
I would not recommend this place at all — it is a total waste of time, money, and vacation! The whole place feels so creepy, and the rooms are far too dark, like being inside a horror movie. The beddings weren’t even changed, and the electric fan was old and covered in dirt. On top of that, the owner was snobbish and grumpy. The worst part: once it gets dark, the entire property and neighborhood are pitch black and…
Incredible experience in Segada with Alma at her amazing B&B. There are plenty of places to stay in Segada but if you are looking for a truly legendary spot, this is where you need to go. Once you have breakfast with Alma in the morning and read some of the articles printed about her and her B&B hanging on the wall, you'll know you are in the right location. There are two ways to access the B&B and none are really d…
It was a joy being hosted by Auntie Alma. Her place was very homey, peaceful and had great views. We didn’t mind the short walk (from the main street) at all. Doing it everyday feels like we’re one of the locals. Breakfasts were something we look forward to in the morning. We appreciate that she was mindful of our food restrictions. Her dogs and cats were very welcoming too.
Short but sweet stay. Beautiful location, clean, affordable, and comfortable with everything you need. I arrived on the day, and Auntie Elma was very accommodating, organising tours for me there and then. Not to mention, her breakfast was to die for. Definitely coming back!
