We were just looking for a place to stay for a few hours and came across this property on Google Maps. We decided to try a walk-in booking, and luckily, they had an available room for 12 hours. Malinis at shockingly large for its pricepoint ( thought on sale ko siya nabili). Great water pressure din. Not as loud as other reviews has said. Rinig mo lang in passing yung tren at cars passing by. NOT GREAT for people with Mobility issues kasi literal na walang elevator and needs four flights of stairs before reaching the lobby.

Reception are very attentive to guest, easy to communicate with. The rooms are also nice it's large, with ample storage bin for bags and clothes with hanger, Water pressure are in good condition hot/cold water works really well. The property is small and you cannot notice it as a hotel BUT it exceeds my expectation. The property is clean, if I were to categorize the property based on inside the property it's like a 3-star hotel. The mattress is exceptional. Stayed here as stopover to relax between flights. The guy at the reception and the security were really nice and they go out of the way to help guests. The room in itself is fine, but the service really makes up for it. There are few limitations e.g., lack of an elevator in the building but security would help you with the luggage.
