Excellent stay and convenient location. Very Accessible since it's right at the city center. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel feels like a warm hug, and the price is just right for what you get. We felt super comfy during our stay. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and came right to our room, which was great since we liked to eat in. The staff are super helpful and friendly, making sure everyone has a great time.
Two months late review but I just wanted to write that everything was perfect. My nephew and I were visiting all the way from SWEDEN 🇸🇪! I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants high standard for a good price. Nice room and bathroom. Very good location. Very good service. Good price. We appreciated everything.
Amazing stay so far. First time in this hotel. Staff are amazing, they help you right away. Rooms are superb. Single occupancy can accommodate 2-5 pax with extra bed. Comfort room are also big with hot water as well. Kettle for coffee, water is free inside the room. Bfast is free 6am is the start, airport transfer as well. I love how their rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. Bed is comdortable and smells clean. Toilet and bathroom is clean as I am really paticular with bathrooms. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They know what to do and are very responsive to your requests especially the restaurant staff. Restaurant serves really good meals. This place surprised me. The staff was very friendly as soon as we got in. The room: very nice rooms and the water had great water pressure. The attached cafe had very good food. the cappuccino was so good that i ordered 3 in one day. The only downsides is that its not handicap accessible. No elevator.
This was our second stay at Inncity and after staying at other hotels in Calbayog, my view is that this is the best value hotel. Staff are super helpful and friendly.
