5 stars with no doubt, 3 minutes car trip from Mamila T3, the room was clean and have all the necessary for resting properly, especial mention to the managers and staff, kind, sweet and honest people, I forgot a charger with a set of Bluetooth headphones in the room then while I'm waiting for my taxi to return the airport a worker bring me all back before I leave the place, thank you for that too! Highly recommended…
Stayed here last night with my partner for one night between flights. It is in a great location, super close to the airport and has everything you need around. Rooms are clean , has fan and a/c aswell as fridge and kitchenette with microwave. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Me and my 4 month old puppy were viciously attacked by an off-leash dog right outside this hotel, literally feet outside the door. The area is a slum and is just awful, dirty, chaotic, foul-smelling, and depressing. I saw so many things I never wanted to see in that area, dead and abused pets all over, and filthy conditions, and while the hotel took us to report the incident at the neighborhood office and helped me…
Spent some time at Innsite between connecting flights. The rooms are acceptable, but the main switch for the water heater was deliberately turned off, which was inconvenient. The location is quite poor, and the staff and overall service were not helpful.

Comfty stay. Very near the airport like 7minutes. Not so good experience was when I left my son to get my order, some random lady, also a guest, used our CR. I was so alarmed cuz there are lots of hair in the toilet bowl. Weird... The vicinity was safe covered with a big gate. Not their fault though, but still alarmed me.
Really nice place to stay. They got us in last minute and were very helpful to get us checked in to our rooms early in the morning. Would stay again.
Couldn’t recommend you coming. 1.There is a lot mosquito in the room,I killed more than 10 ,but couldn’t clear all. 2.They don’t provide hair dryer. 3.The voice of air conditioner is too noisy ,and also there is someone broadcast music outside, couldn’t sleep well. 4.The window couldn’t be locked,so I felt anxiety during the whole night.
