They were very accommodating! Even though the fountain and disco light wasn't working, the place was refreshing, far from the busy city. they let us use karaoke nonstop. They also offered us an early check in and removed the corkage fee, which we appreciate so much!
The place is elegant and the staff are polite but then they are not prepared for power shortage/power back-ups. Not enough water pressure during peak of usage....the rest is facinating and package are affordable and worth it.
Honest Review... Place is nice, very relaxing... HOWEVER! In terms of policy especially money matters, very INCONSISTENT (cost changes), staff not well informed with their policy.
Avoid this place at all costs!!! Highly NOT recommended!!! The owner and the management were very rude and disrespectful, the place was dirty, we saw signs of termites, which is highly dangerous. I also saw how they treat their employees, it was so bad, they humiliated one. Do not patronize an establishment like this!
The staff are courteous and approachable. The ambient is invigorating. Recommendable.
