The staff at Jade Hotel and Suites were very accommodating and friendly, making the entire stay comfortable and stress-free. The check-in and overall transaction process was quick and smooth, which I really appreciated. The room was also nice and clean, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. I would definitely book here again.

It is a great recommendation if you're seeking for an affordable yet cozy feel. The highlight for me, aside from the rooms, is the infinity pool with a nice view, especially at night. You can also enjoy drinks at their bar, which is located by the infinity pool. Overall, it was worth the stay. 👌

The staff are accommodating and courteous. The rooms are excellent for the price. I tried the breakfast twice — it was decent, though not quite worth the PHP250. The location is perfect, being close to supermarkets, restaurants, and destination malls.

I booked a room with this hotel last November, supposedly for a stay in mid December. Due to some travel plans, I had to cancel and as per the T&Cs of my booking, it should be free cancellation. It still hasn’t been refunded, and they weren’t responsive to my emails anymore. Felt like this is a scam!!!
