Visually pleasing and clean rooms. The walls are thin enough you can hear someone coughing or entering/exiting nearby rooms, but not so thin to hear conversations. The shared bathrooms are maintained and there's a lot of space in the lobby area to just sit or wait for something. I just wished they had a water dispenser and not just water bottles, though.
