JCzar Suites

We we came in the frontdesk lady told us she got us an upgrade, for no extra money. It are 2 big rooms, sitting room with couches, water bottle, microwave, and more. The second room was big bedroom with two airco systems and a double + single bed. More than enough space for us too.

I booked a room here for one night since it is a new hotel in Gingoog City. The location is accessible to all kinds of vehicle. However, it is quite far from any convenience store, pharmacies and fast food chains. The room is new but i was disappointed because there was an unpleasant smell when I first entered it. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to assist with directions or restaurant recommendations. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds and reliable Wi-Fi. Location is convenient too – just a 10-minute drive from the bus terminal and within walking distance of several dining spots. The hotel also has secure parking and 24-hour front desk service for peace of mind.

Professional, courteous staff. Very clean place, one of the best hotels in the Philippines that I've seen. They even gave us cookies as a parting gift. A+++
