But their management seems to lack on providing quality service and standards. Jed’s Resort is a nice place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. The pools are clean, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. During our visit, the other side of the resort—where the octopus slide is located—was under maintenance, so access was limited. 3 stars because when we visit this resort (December 29, 2025), only 2 pools are open. The wavepool and the large pool is under renivation. There is not much to do aside from the bigslide. Restroom and shower rooms are not well maintained at the pool area. We all face difficulties during the pandemic and the late typhoon but having experience this should teach us the more we should maintain sanitation especially on public places. Aesthetic is useless if we don't care to provide an actual clean environment for our guests.
