I celebrated my birthday here with my family, and it turned out to be a truly memorable stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade—the space was generous, and the balcony offered a stunning view (I’ve shared a video below). The service throughout our visit was exceptional—warm, attentive, and consistently reliable. One of the things we loved most was the location. It’s peacefully tucked away and surround…

The feeling at Camp John Hay is truly different—it’s like being in another world. The view is incredibly relaxing, no filter needed 🥹 and we even got to try hiking, which was such a peaceful experience 😍 The staff were okay, I’d rate them 8/10. There were a few follow-ups that weren’t attended to, but overall they were accommodating and friendly. We stayed for 2 nights, and the view from our room was amazing. The on…

This was our first time booking at The Forest Lodge at Camp John Hay, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made for our Baguio trip. From arrival to checkout, the staff were consistently approachable, attentive, and professional. Check-in was smooth, requests for additional room needs were handled promptly, and the overall service felt warm and genuine. We’ve stayed in different hotels when traveling…

My experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and professional. They were able to help me as well with unusual transportation arrangements with ease. I was able to travel further north to Batad Rice Terraces and then return once again the hotel and a great room once again. The concierge staff treated me wonderfully and I truly felt very special there. I would definitely recommend staying t…

Rooms were spacious w a lot of useful amenities and some have balconies The alfresco resto at the ground floor is spacious but a bit pricey and the food was not so impressive. The elevator was kinda small too. Traffic at the front gate is a…
