The receptionist is so freaking rude and unapproachable! The rooms are dirty, dark and creepy. The water is dirty as well. Not recommended at all!

If there were a negative rating, I would give it to them. The room was filthy, and the owner/staff were unaccommodating. Overall, it was below standard. I don’t understand how the city could have granted them permits and certifications.

if there is a zero rating I'll give it a minus. poor service and biased agent putting my trust that doesn't even satisfy.

One of the worst places ever, it took 10 min just to find the location. There was no signage and the adress in google maps is not exact. It was raining hard so we needed to take a small bridge to cross over. The place was flooding and we thought we travelled back to the time of noah's ark.
