People are friendly but asking for service goodluck, the room were clean enough. if you took a promo the service you will get we be extremely discounted. Go to other hotel like Hotel 101 or Red Planet, slightly higher price but you will get way way better service. not to mention the hallway has very musky smell. Note: the only time the crew will go for service is to check your roomwhen you check out.

Room: Booked the Pad-Premium w/ breakfast for 2 nights. Just needed a place to sleep and a private bathroom so this works for me. The room was neat and tidy. All employees were very nice and friendly, they greeted me well and answered all my questions. The air conditioner in my room didn't work, it was very humid and warm inside. The water was spilling out from the shower to my belongings, and shower wasn't very clean. All available food was Filipino, I didn't have any European food to choose from.

If I can say anything positive about this hotel, the breakfast staff were friendly and nice to speak with. The cleaners were very polite and smiley.
