This is my fourth time at Kandi and it as change so much. This now a retirement center. There is no more life anywhere on site. Pool and restaurant and common area are empty deprived energy. If you put little music 🎵 to bring little life in your room or at the pool with 5 minutes you will get security asking to turn it off.
Water is not running in the building at all. Not a good first impression. It is taking all day to fix. Was not warned.

Good place and the location is not bad although not ideal. The place is nicer and cleaner than other places at the same price point. It was not made clear to me that virtually no housekeeping is provided at weekly rates and above. Stay away, nice appartments but the management it’s terrible. Pool rules say quiet 10 o’clock, 6 o’clock they start to push you out from the pool. Security sleeping all night and the foreigner manager people don’t care if you make a complaint. Feel sorry for all the people who have invested in this place.
There is a van shuttle service between Kandi and Walking Street. Which is a good idea as to walk that way in the dark is not really recommended, Angeles City has changed to the worse. Thus I intended to use the shuttle, but was unpleasantly kicked off: Koreans only! What the heck! Taken the same situation in Korea, one will immediately being accused of racism! Apartments are nice, however the management is horrible. They constantly make up charges/fees and have bad customer service skills. I put a 5000 peso deposit to hold a unit, not only did they not find me a unit for over 2 months, when i cancelled they claimed my deposit was forfeit.
Stayed here while visiting my dentist in Angeles. Property is well managed, and room rates are affordable, especially considering it includes access to the pools and also the rooftop gym. Recommended.
